Service
In Gyo's Main Dining Room, we serve a full tasting menu consisting of approximately 12 courses. Please allow approximately 3 hours for the experience. The menu is $250 per guest, inclusive of service but exclusive of tax and beverage. Bookings are available for two seatings: 5pm, 5:15pm, 5:30pm or 8:15pm, 8:30pm, 8:45pm, 9:00pm. Reservations are highly recommended.
